Last weekend I was at my condo in Marco Island, Florida. Our building has had non-stop construction on it since after Hurricane Irma. The majority of it has been the installation of Hurricane Glass on the entire building which is made of cement. Day after day, for two years, it’s been the sound of jackhammers and cement. If you were inside, it was tolerable. If you sat on your porch it was annoying, but it had to get done. Finally, our building has been completed, but my large slider window had been caked with concrete dust. This week begins high rental season, and I hadn’t heard back from a few window washing companies that I reached out to about my windows. While we had to pick up some groceries, I picked up a squeegee and thought I could simply use some dish detergent and the squeegee to wash the windows like you would your windshield. Saturday morning after my bike ride, I found a bucket in the condo that was left there by the previous owners. It was a bucket for kids to play with at the beach but was big enough to fit my squeegee. I took it over to my kitchen sink. Fired up the hot water. Squeezed in some dish detergent. Had it 75% full. Picked up the handle and proceeded to take a few steps away from the sink. And then it happened. Water pouring out the bottom of the bucket. I swore a few times and then put the bucket back in the sink.
The bucket was cracked and leaking like a broken dam.
Many marketing systems are like this.
Lots of focus put on putting more leads into a bucket.
But the business owner hasn’t created effective follow-up or built a system.
Leads pour out the sides of their bucket, rather than moving toward a sale.
Dan Kennedy will walk you through how to plug your leaky bucket in a very Special Presentation Advanced Magnetic Marketing Part 1 and 2.
If you’re spending money on advertising, attracting leads, and DO NOT have a system to organize your leads into a SYSTEM…you have a leaky bucket!
But…you’re not just leaking soapy water on your floor.
You’re leaking CASH from your checking account! To get your hands on this presentation, you can check them out for a week for just $5! |
