One of the Renegade Millionaire principles is: Organized Effort.

Dan has long talked about how he’s taken one asset and been paid for that same piece in a variety of different ways.

As an example, a seminar can become a book topic, the book can lead to segmented lead generation, the leads can be driven to an information product made from the recordings of the seminar.

If you take a look at the way that he wrote the No B.S. Magnetic Marketing Letter and the way that I’m now building the newsletter, there are a number of objectives to it. Yes, we want the content to be great, but it’s not just a tool to teach and build relationships, it has many other goals.

We want to find ways that we can promote upcoming events and opportunities without it being a straight-out sales pitch. There can be a mention of something that a speaker at an upcoming event is doing well, it may have a teaching point and then we can reference the upcoming seminar.

A recent example includes the mention of a couple of great books and points that are important for members, but in addition to that, we’ll soon be asking for ‘favors’ from these authors for an upcoming book launch of our own. We’re laying the groundwork for Dan’s newest book that is not available, but it’s great….see what I’m doing here…

The book’s title is Why Advertising Fails and How To Make Yours Succeed - watch for details about it in the coming months.

Another example is our upcoming event focused on "What's Working Now" In Direct-Response Marketing. Taking place in March, this new event will be available to attend for our coaching members LIVE in Orlando and virtual to everyone else and hopefully in October, when we have our second What's Working Now Day, we can open up in-person attendance even more.

The event has been designed to accomplish a number of things.

First, our Renegade Millionaire Implementation and Mastermind group will be meeting on the day before the event, then each of them will be attending What’s Working Now Day.

We wanted to build in a LIVE event component to our plans for 2021, we thought the virus situation would be slightly better by now and allow more to travel, but we hedged our bet on that by making sure we had maximum flexibility in our hotel contracts and also made these events “Boutique” size instead of creating the need for a huge ballroom like our former events.

Next, our Secret Society Mastermind Group will be meeting the two and a half days following the What’s Working Now Day. This will allow the Members of Secret Society to arrive a day early and attend What’s Working Now.

By designing the week like this we allow our Renegade Members to then interact with our Secret Society Members and vice versa. We strongly believe in the connections made in real event spaces. For 2021 this is a way that we can make those connections happen without risking the investment in trying to pull off our much larger events.

In the future, it’s our hope to have a special pre-day for our Gold & Diamond Members along with our Magnetic Marketing Implementation Coaching Members. Again with the goal of bringing back live events and great networking for our members.

The other big benefit of designing an event the way that we’re doing this one is that we can schedule my time and Adam’s time to be in one city, the same week, minimizing our need to be traveling multiple times to different places for different coaching groups.

We also are hosting this event right at the Orlando airport so that attendees literally can fly in, get on a tram, go up an escalator and be at the event.

When you’re building your business plans, your marketing plans, and your life plan…start thinking about ways to use organized effort rather than random planning or the dreaded fly by the seat of your pants approach.
