The waves are gently rolling in, the birds are chirping, the sun is rising and it’s already a comfortable 78 degrees at 8:30 AM.

One thing I shared earlier in the week with our Renegade Millionaire Implementation & Mastermind Members is the importance of getting out of your normal environment and getting into a different environment to help you with your thinking and creativity.

As entrepreneurs, we’re part Mad Scientists and part Artists, creating our own Business Masterpieces.

For me, I find that I do my very best writing, thinking, and dreaming where it’s sunny, warm and a beach is near.

It’s easy to get up and go for a bike ride, a run, a swim, or a workout in the gym.

Back at my home in Wisconsin when it’s -40 and it’s dark, cold, and windy…My creativity and ambition to exercise wanes, and fitness is important to me.

As a high performer, it’s important to understand how and where you perform best too.

Often a change of environment brings new solutions to you, seemingly out of nowhere.

My good friend and fellow Renegade Millionaire, Perry Marshall, has a special place that he goes to in Ireland.

A few months back, he found himself in a rut and stuck on a problem, so he booked a ticket to Ireland and his special spot…no agenda, just went there to spend more ‘Renaissance Time’ as he calls it.

Time thinking, journaling, walking, and no pre-set plan. Total freedom in a place that brings him new energy.

If you’ve found yourself struggling because it’s Winter where you are, or the pandemic is really weighing on you…I can’t stress how important this is. Without you being well your company cannot be well.

Sometimes I’ll even just book a day at the high-end spa in my hometown. They have a great pool and hot tub. Big jets. They have a relaxation room with no devices allowed.

You don’t need to go on a tropical vacation, you do need to find a place that you can get a change of scenery.

How Do You Engage Your Readers, Members, or Subscribers?

One way for you to keep your audience for life is to engage them and be engaging.

As an example just two lines up I’ve asked for replies to this email, most emails you get never ask for that.

This is just a simple way, plus as a side benefit, it also improves email deliverability…a sneaky way that I just delivered some education for you too!

Another way is to host contests or events for your audience.

Back when I first joined this community I marveled at the contestants at the SuperConference and former Info-Summit.

Some of the smartest people in the audience would have submitted their best campaigns or their best marketing plan or sales letter.

Then Bill and Dan would select from the submissions who’d get to present at the events.

Then the audience would vote and a winner would be picked to attend ‘Winners Weekend’.

The trip was a great prize. Flights, Hotels, A Mastermind for a day and a half, dinner and more.

It was something you aspired to win.

So strategically it achieved a lot for the company and for the Members.

Just over a year ago when I joined the team to help Adam begin to re-build the community, this was one thing on the BIG idea board, but there were so many pressing 911 issues that we didn’t have time until now to re-invent it.

If you’re a Member, you can submit a campaign, a sales letter, a Facebook strategy, or anything that’s working for you RIGHT NOW or in the recent past to grow your business. This doesn't have to be a 7-Figure Strategy. We have Members of all sizes and shapes. If you have a recent WIN, we'd love to hear about it and give you the chance to talk about it.

We’ll then pick 4-6 submissions who will present to our audience at the upcoming What’s Working Now Day in March.

Contestants will get a time block to present to the audience. We’ll then invite our Members to vote on the best campaign with the winner receiving a trip to Sunny Florida in December 2021. We’re working on the exact location and format now, but it’s going to be great!

Throughout the year, we’ll have additional ways for Members to win a trip.

Contests like this are a way that you can create excitement among your audience.

You can create a stronger bond with your audience.

In our case, it also shows that other Members are having success with Magnetic Marketing and it’s wise to be a Members.

There are even more benefits, but the point is…you need to find ways to engage and excite your audience.
