So business is really a bucket into which we poor time, energy effort, money, marketing dollars leads, prospects, customers, and we turn that soup into money.
Most business owners get good at pouring stuff into the bucket.
They also get bad at pouring stuff into the bucket, in the sense, they are not hitting their income goals.
They try and do more of what they’re doing, and do it faster. So instead of working 40 hours, they work 50, and then they work 60, and so on and so forth.
Instead of five patients a day, they’re seeing 10, 15, etc.
But few really focus on what happens inside the bucket once they pour stuff in there.
