Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

The mission for the Marketing Coordinator is to work with the Marketing team, utilizing best in class marketing automation tools and online platforms to help execute and manage marketing activities that drive the organization’s lead generation, conversion and revenue objectives. 

This role is tactically focused and requires someone who is a quick learner and adept at managing dozens of campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, email marketing and overall marketing campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the execution of marketing and advertising strategies based on quarterly sales objectives.
  • Owns the management and creative of social media presence, posting weekly across several platforms, including coaching group updates and promotional pushes along with content sharing.
  • Assists with execution of coaching group meetings and conferences, assembling and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing and email lists; collecting, analyzing and reporting post event metrics. 
  • Acts as moderator for all virtual meetings, ensuring smooth access by host, guest and attendees along with managing Q&A during calls.
  • Sends out weekly email newsletters to all members and prospects.
  • Assists with creating funnels and campaigns to nurture prospects. 
  • Assists with blogging and content development, including content preparation for our monthly membership materials.
  • Assists with general office administrative duties as necessary

Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/communications or related field of study.
  • 1-2 years experience in related role(s).
  • Experience with Infusionsoft (Keap) or another contact management platform/CRM preferred.
  • Experience with a variety of Marketing Automation and Email Management platforms (Pardot, Hubspot, MailChimp, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience organizing and managing meetings and events (virtual and in-person).
  • Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Some travel may be required.

Partner Sales Account Executive (Remote)

The mission for the Partner Sales Account Executive is to win, maintain, and expand relationships with partners, exceeding, not just meeting, minimum revenue targets. The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to quickly understand the business and demonstrate the value of Magnetic Marketing’s partnership program, including licensing, sponsorship and affiliate opportunities. This position requires a highly motivated and energetic individual who possesses the ability to develop strategic relationships and generate new business, taking a consultative approach to sales to achieve revenue targets.

Expected Outcomes in the first 12 months of employment:

  • Generate $150K in Sponsorship Revenue 
  • Generate $300K in License Origination Revenue
  • Grow Affiliate program to 100 active, engaged and producing Affiliates

Expected earnings of the Sales Consultant
This position has a guaranteed base salary plus uncapped commission potential. On target earnings when hitting the above outcomes is $125,000 per year. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new partnership prospects in support of our licensing, sponsorship and affiliate program opportunities.
  • Lead the partnership and deal-origination process, managing each step from strategy/planning, pipeline development, outreach, onboarding, and ongoing growth.
  • Build relationships with partners by being a proactive, responsive and strategic resource.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows/conferences, campaigns and other promotional opportunities.
  • Consistently deliver partner-driven revenue every quarter, exceeding sales targets.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in channel/partner sales, business development and/or high-value consultative sales.
  • Experience with Infusionsoft (Keap) or another contact management platform/CRM
  • Demonstrated success in hitting/exceeding sales goals in previous positions
  • Influential communication skills in all forms: written, presentations and negotiations.
  • Flexible, startup mindset; self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets.
