HAPPY NEW YEAR! – BUT I think “New Year’s Resolutions” are mostly B.S., with an average life span you can count in days to weeks.

People aren’t really serious about this. It’s just something people do because they’re supposed to, like staying up until midnight on New Year’s Eve or, at that minute, kissing somebody; anybody.

If you ARE going to RESOLVE to do something behavioral this year more than you have in the past, I, of course, have a suggestion.
