Read closely. If there's one thing I've learned in my decades of marketing experience, it's that nothing—absolutely nothing—moves without a compelling offer. When it comes to sales and marketing, your offer isn't just something to consider; it's the linchpin.
Without a strong offer, even the best copy or the most engaging advertisement won't save you. It’s the difference between mediocrity and wild success.
A Great Offer Has Three Crucial Components:
1. The Core Product/Service: This is what you're actually selling.

3. The Terms: This could be bonuses, guarantees, payment plans, and other elements that make the offer sweeter
Here's a golden nugget for you – always reverse the risk.
That means putting the risk of the transaction back onto YOU, not your customer.

There are too many ways to acquire your customers, clients, or patients, and many small business owners get blindsided by this. In my teachings, I like to nurture the relationship with clients for a lifetime. This means people will stay with your product for very long. Hard to get clients but easy to maintain.
Now, in my days, we used a lot of direct mail. We wrote sales letters, created shock and awe packages, and sent them to potential prospects.
Does that still work? Yes. Although it can be expensive.
